At Pack2Port, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• The selected shipper is unable to fulfill the service.
• The service purchased becomes unavailable before completion.

If the service has already started, no refunds will be provided.

2. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a shipment has been picked up, the transaction is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. Customers are encouraged to verify all details, including pricing, location, and shipper availability, before confirming their order.

3. Shippers Do Not Return Boxes After Pickup

Once a shipper picks up a package, they are responsible for delivering it to the destination as agreed. Shippers do not return packages after pickup. Customers must ensure their shipment is correctly packed and ready before the shipper arrives.

4. Requesting a Refund

If your service is unavailable, you may request a refund by contacting our support team at info@pack2port.com with your order details. Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

• Refunds will not be granted for customer errors, such as providing incorrect pickup or delivery details.
• Delays in shipping caused by weather, customs, or external factors beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
• If a dispute arises between the customer and the shipper, our platform will assist in mediation, but refunds will be issued only if the shipper fails to fulfill the agreed-upon service.
