Shipping typically takes 4-6 weeks after the package is shipped. Delays may occur due to customs clearance and other factors.

Shippers & Service Providers

If you have extra shipping space, you can sign up as a shipper and list your services. We will verify your details before approving your account.

Shippers receive payments directly through our platform after a successful pick up. Payouts are processed within 2-3 business days.

Pricing & Payment

Shipping costs are set individually by each shipper on our platform. Customers should browse and search for a shipper that fits their budget, location, and shipping needs. Prices may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

No, all pricing is transparent. However, additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on the item.

Shipping & Delivery

You can ship most goods, including electronics, clothing, and household items. However, prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishables, and illegal goods.

Once your package is picked up and shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor its status on our Track Box page.

Yes! You can consolidate multiple items from different stores into one shipment to save on costs.

If your package has not been picked up, you can cancel the order through your dashboard. If it’s already in transit, cancellations may not be possible.
