• “Pack2Port” refers to our shipping and consolidation service platform operating from Germany to Ghana.

• “Goods” refers to the items or packages shipped through our services.

2. Services Provided Pack2Port provides the following services:

• Shipping of small and large packages
• Business shipping solutions
• Package consolidation
• Door-to-door and door-to-port delivery
• Fragile goods handling
• Full container load and group shipping

Pack2Port acts as a facilitator connecting shippers with customers but does not handle the actual transportation of goods directly.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information during registration and shipment requests.
• Users agree not to ship prohibited or illegal items.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their goods are properly packed and meet the shipping requirements.
• Users must comply with customs regulations in both Germany and Ghana.

4. Payment and Fees

• Payment for services must be made upfront or as specified during the booking process.
• Additional fees may apply for customs clearance, insurance, or special handling.
• Pack2Port reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made before shipment pickup may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Once goods are picked up and shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
• Refunds are processed based on the condition of the returned goods and the reason for cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Pack2Port is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party shippers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Liability is limited to the value of the shipping service purchased.
• Pack2Port recommends users purchase insurance for high-value or fragile shipments.

7. Prohibited Items Users are prohibited from shipping the following:

• Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives)
• Perishable items without prior approval
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Live animals

8. Privacy Policy User information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data.

9. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and materials on the Pack2Port website are the intellectual property of Pack2Port and may not be used without permission.

10. Termination of Service Pack2Port reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the jurisdiction of Hamburg.
